Why ISIS Accreditation?
ISIS-Accredited retailers now account for approximately two thirds of all UK online shopping.
Consumers can shop online with confidence wherever they see the ISIS logo because it certifies that the retailer has:
• registered with the ISIS programme and undertaken to trade in a manner that is LEGAL, DECENT, HONEST, TRUTHFUL AND FAIR;
• had its web site and service reviewed and monitored by IMRG;
• had its Business, VAT and Data Protection registrations checked by IMRG.

If you see an ISIS logo that doesn't correctly link through to the verification page, please report it to IMRG immediately by completing this enquiry

One of the main reasons that consumers cite as the reason for not shopping online, is a lack of awareness of the retailer. Whilst the established online traders and high street retailers have solid brand exposure to comfort the customer, smaller e-Retailer's do not. Use of the ISIS Mark confirms your identity and will indicate to those with whom you are conducting business that you are using ISIS's standards. The ISIS Mark has built up a great reputation over many years and as a result, ISIS-accredited merchants benefit from the reputation for reliability, security and trustworthiness engendered by the ISIS Mark. Customers purchasing goods and services branded under the ISIS Mark can do so with confidence, knowing that they do so from ISIS-accredited merchants.

Problem with an ISIS-Accredited Retailer?
If you have a problem with an ISIS-Accredited Retailer:
1. You will need to contact the retailer and ask them to resolve the issue. If you are still not satisfied:
2. Please complete this enquiry form. IMRG will forward your message to the retailer, asking them to respond quickly. Please ensure that your message contains enough information to enable the retailer and IMRG to take action:
• your name, name of customer who placed the order, contact details and a telephone number;
• the retailers name and URL;
• the problem: product / service name and details;
• any order / enquiry number; dates, etc.
3. The ISIS administration team will keep you fully informed of progress and will work with you to achieve a satisfactory result to your query.
